Jai Gangajal was Priyanka Chopra’s last Hindi film and if we (conveniently) want to forget it, Bajirao Mastani was the last film she did. After that, there have been been rumours that PC has signed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gustakhiyan and Rakesh Sharma’s biopic Salute. But truth be told, our Desi Girl hasn’t signed the dotted line for either yet and that is exactly why she’s coming to Mumbai on the 17th of this month, and to celebrate the holiday season with her family.
A source close to Chopra revealed to a leading daily, “She has lined up meetings with a few directors who have offered her films. She’s already picked some scripts that interest her and will make time to sit for all the narrations, while she’s in Mumbai. This time, she will definitely sign on the dotted line for something before she heads back.”
On the Hollywood front, Chopra is currently shooting for the third season of Quantico and has two films in her kitty – A Kid Like Jake and Isn’t it Romantic?
