A glance at the trailer of Raid, and you will know that director Raj Kumar Gupta and writer Ritesh Shah have wanted to make a remake of Akshay Kumar’s Special 26. Except that in Ajay Devgn’s Raid, there seems to be only one raid and not multiple. Oh and instead of Kajal Aggrawal, Ileana D’Cruz agrees to play the second fiddle, a part of less or no substance. Even though Devgn says in the trailer, that the officer’s wife should be strong, there doesn’t seem anything strong about D’Cruz’s character. She’ll probably be reduced to nothing like in Baadshaho.
While we like the intrigue the trailer creates and can’t wait to watch the brilliant Saurabh Shukla on screen, we aren’t quite sure about how the trailer made us feel! What about you?
