We saw this coming, and so did you! The wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh has long been due. We always knew it would happen someday, and now it is finally happening. After Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli getting married in Tuscany, seems like the ‘destination wedding’ bug has bitten #DeepVeer also! Apparently, the couple wants to get married at a beach, because both of them are beach lovers.
A source close to the couple revealed, “Ranveer and Deepika are getting married this year and it is going to be a destination wedding. They both are beach bums and you can expect a beach wedding. It will be an intimate affair though with just close family and friends in attendance.”
The source further revealed that after their wedding, there will be 2 receptions, like the #VirushkaWedding – one in Mumbai for their industry friends and one in Bangalore, for Padukone’s family and their friends.
Well, including this wedding, there will be two big fat Indian weddings this year! Don’t forget Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja!
We wonder if Miss Padukone will opt for an all Sabyasachi wedding, just like Anushka Sharma! Well, there are hints of the same!
