Right after Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja got married, Kapoor got busy with making heads turn at Cannes and then began Veere Di Wedding promotions, after which started Sanju promotions. The couple even pushed their honeymoon to October end due to work commitments.
The Khoobsurat actress had some work in London so her doting husband decided to fly with her and ring in her birthday together. Kapoor Ahuja celebrates her birthday on 9th June and this year will be a very very close knit affair, involving only Anand Ahuja, Rhea Kapoor, Shehlaa Khan and Samyukta Nair.
Kapoor Ahuja told a leading daily, “I’m going to be in London for work. So, Anand (Ahuja) is coming with me. My sister Rhea (Kapoor) will join us, too. It’s going to be a small celebration – we will go out for lunch, dinner and chill.”
“My friends, Shehlaa Khan and Samyukta Nair are the only ones who are coming with me. So, they will stay with Anand and me in our house there. We have just done it up — it’s a nice, cozy three bedroom property. There’s one more room and I want Swara to join us, but she won’t be joining us,” Sonam added.
We wish Swara could go to, and so could we!
