Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have become the nations IT couple overnight, after Kapoor revealed to a leading fashion magazine that he was, indeed, seeing Miss Bhatt. And of course, a lot many offers to endorse brands together started flowing in for the new couple. Knowing both their credentials and star power, whichever brand they chose to endorse would reach its peak, but this didn’t happen for the two.
Apparently, Karan Johar has asked Kapoor and Bhatt to not take up any joint endorsements so as to conceal their chemistry. A source told a leading daily, “Karan knows when to use Brahmastra. The film will release on Independence Day next year and there is a lot of time till then. It doesn’t make sense for these two actors to expose their chemistry so soon. If they endorse a brand together during Brahmastra, it will also help the film.”
