Almost! Yes, almost. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s next, Fanne Khan, has been in the news for a while now. The film, which also stars Anil Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao, will see the Bachchan Bahu play a singer. It was supposed to have an Eid release but got delayed due to many reasons. We wonder if one of the reasons could be Salman Khan’s Race 3.
But now the film is all set to release in August and with just two months left for the release, the promotional activities are just about to begin. The first being, the teaser of the film, which will be attached to Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju. “Work on the teaser of the film is going on and the team is aiming to come out with Sanju. The audience of Fanne Khan is similar to what Sanju caters to and hence its the best to release with this movie. The teaser has been cut and the final work on its edit is going on,” reveals a source.
Coincidentally, in Rai Bachchan’s last film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Ranbir Kapoor played a singer. Too many coincidences?
