Dhadak has almost touched the ₹50 Crore mark and considering that this is Janhvi Kapoor’s debut and Ishaan Khattar’s second film, it’s a big deal. Knowing that it’s definitely huge, Dharma Productions organised a success meet of Kapoor and Khattar, along with Karan Johar and Shashank Khaitan with the press.
During interactions, Janhvi Kapoor was questioned as to what was the reaction of her family and friends after watching the film. She replied, “They told me not to do a remake of any film for a while now,” and laughed her heart out.
Speaking of her fans and the audience, she said that she has seen people leaving the theatres overwhelmed. She also added, I have never been happier making someone else cry in my entire life.”
