The news of Priyanka Chopra getting engaged to Nick Jonas has spread like wildfire, without any confirmation from Chopra, Jonas or any of their family members. Rumours even state that Jonas will be visiting India along with his entire family during the Ganapathi festival to celebrate with PC, her mother Madhu Chopra and Parineeti Chopra among others.
Recently, at an awards function, Kangana Ranaut was asked about the same, and she said, “I spoke to Priyanka the other day and I congratulated her. She seems excited and very happy. If such an event is taking place, I’d love to celebrate with her because she is lovely and deserves all the happiness. She is a very dear friend. I get very happy and excited with weddings and engagements.”
But the Queen actress was clever enough to add that Chopra has not confirmed anything to her yet, so she wouldn’t know for sure.
On the work front, PeeCee will be seen in Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink next, while her Fashion co-star will be seen in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi.
