The recent #MeToo movement has brought to light many men from the industry who have been assaulters in the past, or even today. In the light of this, actress Kangana Ranaut had spoken up against her Queen director earlier, blaming him for assaulting her. In an interview earlier, the Manikarnika actress had said, “Whatever is happening with Vikas Bahl is absolutely correct. Our industry still has a lot of people who don’t behave well with women. They assault them, they harass them, they should also be punished.”
Ranaut added in the interview, “Even though Vikas was married back in 2014 when we were filming Queen, he bragged about having casual sex with a new partner every other day. I don’t judge people and their marriages but you can tell when addiction becomes sickness. He partied every night and shamed me for sleeping early and not being cool enough.”
And now in a shocking statement, Ranaut has relaunched allegations against Hrithik Roshan. In another interview, she said, “People who keep their wives as trophies and keep young girls as their mistresses should also be punished.” Asked if she was talking about Hrithik Roshan, she said, “I am referring to Hrithik Roshan, people should not work with him as well.”
Now, that’s something we did not expect. But since it’s Ranaut, the expected never happens!
