Of course Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani are going to leave no stone unturned for the wedding of their only daughter, Isha Ambani. The Reliance Industries heiress is marrying Anand Piramal today at her parents Mumbai adobe, Antilla. Along with their families, friends, and almost everyone from the Bollywood industry, the couple had kickstarted their pre-wedding festivities in Udaipur earlier this week, and have now returned to Mumbai to marry each other. The wedding nuptials are expected to begin at 3pm and will go on till wee hours in the night, followed by the bidaai.
Unlike the Udaipur festivities, the wedding will be a private affair with only 600 guests as attendees. While half pf the guests will be family, politicians and industrialists are also expected to attend the wedding. A few senior politicians, including Pranab Mukherjee, Rajnath Singh, Prakash Javadekar, Mamta Banerjee, Vijay Rupani, Chandrababu Naidu and Devendra Fadnavis among others have confirmed their attendance.
Post this, the Piramals will host a wedding reception at the Jio Gardens tomorrow, after which another reception will be hosted by the Ambanis at the same place for the employees of the Reliance Industries and the Piramal Group on Saturday.
That’s not all. Our sources tell us that the wedding has been estimated to cost a whooping $100 million! Now that’s how you get your daughter married!
