The once Dream Girl is now the reigning Queen of Bollywood, who not only has almost the entire nation’s heart but has also set the box office registers ringing as no woman ever has. While life came a full circle for Padukone, when she worked with Farah Khan in Happy New Year, it’s come to another circle for them.
Rohit Shetty had recently announced that Farah Khan will be directing his next production venture and our sources now tell us that Khan has Deepika Padukone in mind to play the leading lady in her action comedy. Padukone is not just an old protege to Khan, but to Rohit Shetty as well, who directed her in Chennai Express. While nothing has been confirmed yet, we’d say there’s no smoke without fire, is there?
