Irrfan Khan, who has been in the UK for the past couple of months for his treatment has finally begun work on Homi Adajania’s Angrezi Medium which is the sequel to Hindi Medium. Anaita Shroff Adajania took to Instagram to share some pictures of her husband, Khan and Dinesh Vijan, who begin work on the film.
And now, news has come in that Radhika Madan has been roped in to play Irrfan Khan’s daughter in the film, while Kareena Kapoor Khan will be playing the leading lady. A source tells a leading daily, “Irrfan and Radhika started prep a while ago and are looking forward to kick off the first schedule in Rajasthan. It’s an important portion after which they will take off for the international schedule.”
Kareena Kapoor Khan has just wrapped up Good News with Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani and will shoot for Angrezi Medium before she begins work on Karan Johar’s magnum opus, Takht.
“While the film kicks off in April, Kareena will join the unit only by May-end during the London schedule. She will be seen as a cop in the satire,” the source added.
We can’t wait to see Bebo and Irrfan work their magic on screen!
