It’s 2019 and Bollywood is currently living off remakes. The biggest remake with the biggest mystery around it has to be Rohit Shetty and Farah Khan’s Satte Pe Satta. We had told you earlier that Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan have been approached to play the leads. While Miss Padukone was still reading the script, it went into the hands of Katrina Kaif. After both Padukone and Kaif didn’t give a reply, it is now reported that the Farah Khan directorial has been offered to Anushka Sharma.
While there has been no official confirmation about the remake of Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini’s 1982 film, Hrithik Roshan has almost been confirmed for the film, as against Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar and the leading lady is yet to be finalised. But the way things are turning out, looks like Anushka Sharma will be her.
