Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan parted ways two years ago, and since then, have found love too. While Khan is happy with Georgia Andriani, Arora has finally made things official with Arjun Kapoor. In fact, as we speak, the latter couple is enjoying a cute getaway. While speaking with a leading portal, Arora spoke about how things should not and will not change between the Khan and Arora families just because things had to change between Arbaaz and herself.
Arora said, “Relationships aren’t built overnight, they are built over time. They are very, very special and personal to everybody. You can’t just snap ties. It (Arbaaz’ bond with Amrita) is independent of whatever may have transpired between two adults. That’s independent and they continue to have it. I think my parents have always said it…My sister has maintained it, my brother-in-law has maintained…”
She further stated, “Arbaaz is not just somebody that they just know. He’s like a son to them, he’s like a friend to them, he’s family. At the end of the day, he’s my child’s father you know. So there are certain things that can never ever be neglected or overlooked and I think that’s how it should be.”
