Over time, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor have proved that they’re not just another couple in love, but that they’re a fashionable couple in love. I don’t know if that sentence makes sense, but it is what it is. Over the five years that Kapoor and Rajput have been married,t they have told us all that together they’re a fashion force to reckon with. While both of them are stylish individually too, together, they’re on another level altogether.
What we love the most about this couple is that they never take their fashion too seriously, and rather just go with their instincts, the final results of which are always great! Look at their pictures from the gym or airport for example. Comfort is always given priority. While the actor opts for smart casuals – shirts, denim, shorts, t-shirt – Mira Kapoor keeps it casual, usually in sweatshirts or kurta sets.
At high-society events like weddings, Diwali parties and award functions too, the couple brings their best glam game out, and we love watching them walk by. At Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s engagement party in 2018, Mira Kapoor flaunted her baby bump in a beige and gold sharara set, while Shahid Kapoor complemented her in a black suit. At Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas’ wedding reception, Rajput stunned us in a blush pink saree paired with matching off-shoulder blouse by Jade by Monica and Karishma, and Shahid was standing by her in a classic black suit but with checkered pants. For a Diwali gathering, Mira Rajput Kapoor was seen in a green Punit Balana anarkali set, perfectly complemented by the Kaminey actor with an off-white kurta.
