Sonakshi Sinha’s minimal yet meaningful ensemble is a dream in the heat

Here’s how you can bring a tinge of chick in your basic wardrobe…

In this pandemic, if nothing, we’ve realised how important it is to perceive a good sense of style from your basics closet. Even our Bollywood divas are seen doing the same. But it all makes a difference when you style your basics in the most dainty way.

On the verge of giving up the whole idea of dressing up, killing a lazy day vibe, did you miss Sonakshi Sinha coming to our rescue, nailing a tank top look? If yes, then let us walk you through it. It was never easy, even before the lockdown to decide what to wear, when but this is a different experience all together, now that you’ve to decide what to wear at home and not end up looking like you’re sick. We need to move beyond pyjamas now, at least I do!

Now, tank tops on the other hand are the key to versatility. If I told you this in the ’30s or 40’s you might have not agreed. Probably because it was a significant piece of clothing of a gunda from the movies. Over the years we have agreed to disagree with these stereotypes and make tank tops our routinely go-to look. Obviously, because it’s absolutely easy to style it and works well on a hot, sunny day!

Sinha’s recent look was as comfortable yet chick as it could get. Caught in the moment of building her own castle, on the actress was an all-black look. A jewel neckline tank top teamed with a pair of flared bottoms. If you look closely, this isn’t your regular top. The Lootera actor had an ulterior motive (clearly) by telling us to be socially distant, as we all should. If you wish to come by this relaxed look, all you need to do is, put on a winged liner and choose your favourite “social distance” top from below.
