The last thing you would style with sharara pants is a denim top. You’d usually opt for either a short kurta or a long one, depending upon your choice. But not when you’re Aditi Rao Hydari! Hydari’s latest Telugu film, V released on Amazon Prime on September 5. Costume designer Eka Lakhani has done Rao Hydari’s costume for the film, and she took to Instagram to share some of the looks she’s created for Rao Hydari’s Saheba.
Even though we’re loving each one of the looks, the one that caught out attention the most has to be the sharara pants-denim shirt look. It’s too out of the box, too risky, but somehow, the Padmaavat actor makes it work. She doesn’t just manage to make it work, but in fact, creates a rather striking impression. It’s not just the Indian-Western mixture that’s scary to combine, but even the colours. Rao Hydari opted for a deep blue denim shirt from H&M and a bright red sharara from Anoli Shah. The sharara has printed white floral work all over and for anyone, this may seem too much of a concoction at once. But as I said earlier, not for Aditi Rao Hydari. She lends a certain grace and charm to this ensemble and makes it something young girls would love to recreate! If I were a woman, I would most certainly opt for something similar. I spoke with a couple of my girl friends, who confirmed that they would definitely recreate this look.

Statement pants paired with a rather rare top. But does Aditi Rao Hydari stop there? No! The actress finished off her look with a statement embroidered blue bag from Vipul Shah, whose bags are literally to die for! For the accessorising bit, Rao Hydari opted for small hoops and silver bangles, and let her hair run wild. This is a look we absolutely love!
