Mirzapur Season 2 is around the corner. After a very successful first season, the Amazon Prime original is back with its original cast, and we cannot wait for it to premiere. In the midst of a pandemic, everything has changed. Apart from the day-to-day changes in our lives, how actors promote their work has also changed. It’s all digital now. Actors are dressing up and attending interviews and press conferences over zoom calls. Vidya Balan (Shakuntala Devi) did it, Janhvi Kapoor (Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl) and now Rasika Dugal is doing it.
Dugal has always been a personal favourite, in films and in fashion. When it comes to her sartorial sensibilities we love how she always has it in her to make even the ordinary seem extra-ordinary, just like the characters she plays. For her latest outing, to promote Mirzapur 2, the actress stepped out in separates from Notebook. and we must say, we’re really impressed. A mocha brown shirt (which will look great even as a stand alone) with tan brown flared pants was Dugal’s go-to for the day.

Rasika Dugal’s flared pants have pockets
What impresses us the most about this ensemble from Notebook. is that the pants have pockets! Yes, you read that right, pockets! Keeping the rest of the look pretty minimal (where is she going after all, hehe – no, that’s not the reason), the Manto actress opted for deep brown pumps, earrings from Aquamarine, a centre hair parting and by the looks of it, she did have fun with this outfit.
