Sonam Kapoor Ahuja’s tan brown dress from Bhaane deserves your attention

A tan brown dress can solve many of your problems, especially if it has pockets!

That Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is a fashion icon is no news. Even if you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard it, you’ve seen pictures of her at the Cannes red carpet in elaborate gowns and sexy sarees. Kapoor Ahuja’s sartorial sensibilities are never hidden, no matter which part of the world you live in. This year, like every year, we were really excited to see her work her magic at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, but alas, that didn’t happen! But what we also didn’t get were glimpses of Kapoor Ahuja strutting about town, on casual dates with her husband, Anand Ahuja, film promotions, interviews, etc, owing to the pandemic. So it comes as a surprise that as the world is opening up to a new tomorrow, we finally have a Sonam Kapoor Ahuja outing, and like always, she’s nailed it!

For her walk in the city (London, not Mumbai), the Neerja actress opted for a tan brown dress from Bhaane. A stand collar, snap buttons and a draw string waist dress, with Bhaane’s signature dots block printed on it was Kapoor Ahuja’s choice for the day. But what we love the most about it, apart from its colour, are the diagonal pleats! Who would’ve thought!

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja says yes to Dior

Kapoor Ahuja finished her look with black and brown brown accents – sunglasses, the iconic SR1 slipper from Sergio Rossi and a bag from Dior. Tying her hair in a bun, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja’s look was casual yet chic! You can wear this outfit to a fall brunch or even a jungle safari in the grasslands of Masai Mara or Tanzania.
